Meet the Teachers and Staff

Beverly Fox

Ms Fox has taught science for 11 years at two different Career Prep locations in Columbus, OH. Teaching is her third career. Graduating from Wittenberg University with a Bachelors of Arts in Biology and Chemistry, she attended Syracuse University Graduate school to obtain a Master's in Library Science. She served as Chemistry Librarian at Syracuse University helping graduate students with PhD research for 2 years.

Devon Ryan

Devon Ryan is a lifelong Central Ohio resident. She graduated from Heidelberg University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Education. She has taught in a variety of school settings for 9 years.

Elizabeth Fackler

Elizabeth Fackler received her BA from The College of Wooster and her MA from Ohio University. Her educational focus was literature, specifically poetry, and food culture.

Jennifer Schick

My name is Mrs. Schick and I have been teaching math at Career Prep for the past 8 years. For the first 4 years I taught at a Career Prep location in Cleveland. I moved to Columbus in 2013 and have been teaching at Career Prep Columbus Southeast ever since.

Tammy Stiles

I believe that all students can learn. By working with the whole student, only then can learning take place.

Kerry Gordon-Keese

Mrs. Keese was born and raised in the metro Detroit area. She attended Eastern Michigan University and earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Children and Families.

Jen Schick

After graduating from the University of Dayton, she spent a few years teaching in Florida (and enjoying the beautiful weather!). Jen then rejoined her friends and family in Ohio where she has been teaching ever since.
